Holman Enterprises in Mississauga, ON is seeking a French/English bilingual Driver Administrator-FAP to support our driver and client operations. You will understand client policies, run exception reports, and ensure timely responses in line with Holman’s service standards.

Your role involves managing driver and vehicle records, updating databases, and collaborating with Client and Driver Administration teams to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• French/English bilingual; asset.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably in the fleet industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

Aufgaben

• Understand client policies and profiles.
• Proactively run exception reports on assigned portfolio to identify issues.
• Adhere to Holman’s customer service standards (response times).
• Answer all incoming calls and emails and manage daily activity.
• Manage client and driver vehicle information and database updates.
• Become proficient on all Holman systems and adapt to changes.
• Anticipate potential problems and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Exercise effective time management and prioritization.
• Work with Client Administration and Driver Administration teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all dealings.
