Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection, multi-location experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehension guidelines.
• Ability to work nights, evenings and weekends appropriate to retail business needs.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives across 5-10 stores and support shortage reduction in high shrink locations.
• Provide in-person and remote support to local store management to meet AP objectives.
• Perform operational audits focusing on sales floor fullness, stockroom organization, health and safety, HR compliance and customer service.
• Travel monthly to Focus Stores.
• Manage Focus Store program to ensure store compliance and address sub-standard performers.
• Train store personnel on Asset Protection Initiatives and safety guidelines.
• Conduct CCTV surveillance and investigations related to inventory loss and policy violations.
• Prepare case reports and manage initial investigative processes within assigned alignment.
