Job summary

Walmart Canada in Victoria, BC is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to help create a safe store environment, prevent loss, and protect customers, associates, visitors and vendors.

You will patrol daily, investigate shrink incidents, assist with emergencies, perform external apprehensions when required, and communicate findings clearly to leadership. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts and a commitment to store profitability through strong loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older
• Security Guard License required

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily store patrols to maintain safety and security.
• Investigate shrink incidents and report findings to leadership.
• Support emergency procedures and store evacuation as needed.
• Carry out external apprehensions per policy and law.
• Gather information and report to stakeholders clearly.
• Take on additional duties to support Asset Protection priorities.
