Job summary

LEMKEN Canada Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The role is based from your home address in Canada and involves strategic sales planning, dealer network expansion, and product demonstrations across the MB and SK regions.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management and R&D in Germany to identify market trends and drive dealer performance. Travel will be frequent to support field activities and events.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a Sales, Service or Product Management position in agricultural equipment.
• Interest and knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery and dealer relations for sales in the area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intercultural sensitivity.
• Willing to travel frequently and on seasonal needs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities in the assigned area.
• Further build up the LEMKEN brand in the area and extend the business.
• Implementation of sales programs and monitoring of dealer stock.
• Actively organize demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotions.
• Motivate and expand an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area.
• Provide daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and R&D at the headquarters in Germany.
