Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, fluent English speakers to train AI models by engaging in live conversations and evaluating responses. You will rate naturalness and usefulness while providing clear, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated visuals, inspecting outputs for distortions or errors, and delivering concise write-ups. This remote, flexible role includes onboarding and a short screening process.

Competenze

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain scenarios clearly.

Mansioni

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion or mismatched audio.
• Provide written, evidence-based explanations of your ratings.
