Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to remotely train AI models by evaluating live conversations, images, and videos. You will rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity, then provide concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review audio/video closely.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing scenarios in natural speech.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, zooming/replaying to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed.
