Job summary

Outlier, an AI evaluation platform, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos to prompts, and provide written explanations of observed issues.

This is a fully remote, flexible, contract-based role with weekly payments. Applicants should have strong English writing, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when faced with imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Capable of thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or misalignment and document issues in writing.
• Provide concise, written explanations highlighting observed issues and rationale.
