Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Your input helps improve how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and perform in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide between options when flaws exist.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flicker, or mismatched audio.
• Write detailed explanations of observations in English, citing specific examples.
