Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked off, all from home.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos, spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or misaligned audio, and write clear explanations in English describing what you saw.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or misaligned audio/video.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing an English explanation of what you saw.
