Outlier, an AI evaluation platform, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate outputs for realism and adherence. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain judgments in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will also inspect outputs, noting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment, and provide concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something is off.
• Clear decision-making when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted art, flicker, or misaligned audio.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing what you saw or heard and why your rating stands.
