Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve in real-world use. Responsibilities include rating outputs, identifying issues like abnormal motion or text errors, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review content closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written explanations in English.
