Outlier, an AI training platform operated by Scale AI, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate naturalness and usefulness, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspect outputs for distortions or misalignment, and write concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through scenarios
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatches between audio and video
• Writing concise explanations in English detailing what was observed and why
