Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will lead live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely with flexible hours.

Contributors review rewards and use cases to improve AI systems. You’ll assess outputs for adherence and quality, then provide written explanations highlighting issues such as visual/auditory misalignments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of outputs and explaining findings in writing.
