Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, fluent English speakers to train AI models remotely. You will hold live conversations, rate responses and compare AI-produced images and videos for prompt adherence. Attention to nuance and clear, evidence-based explanations are essential.

The role is freelance and remote with flexible hours, allowing you to work when it suits you. A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, and strong written communication is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above or in progress.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to zoom in on issues.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, and misaligned audio.
• Provide concise, English explanations highlighting what you saw or heard.
