Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to train AI models by evaluating live conversations and media outputs. You’ll rate naturalness and usefulness, compare prompts to results, and provide concise explanations in English.

A degree is preferred, and attention to detail matters as you work remotely with flexible hours. This freelance opportunity offers core project work at up to USD 18 per hour, with potential incentives based on Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and natural conversation ability.
• Detail-oriented with patience to review audio/video closely.
• Able to describe observations clearly in English with evidence.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models.
• Rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and assess adherence to prompts.
• Write concise, English explanations citing what you observed.
