Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to help train AI models from a remote location. You’ll participate in live conversations, rate output quality, and provide concise explanations in English.

Projects cover voice, image, and video AI tasks. Flexible hours and freelance engagement give you control over your schedule while helping world-leading companies improve model accuracy and safety. Prior experience like writing reviews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear each one sounds.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
