Outlier is seeking freelancers to help train AI models by evaluating English-language conversations and media outputs. You’ll work remotely with flexible hours, contributing detailed ratings and clear explanations to improve AI systems.

Expect to assess voice, image, and video outputs, identify issues like distortions or misalignment, and document findings in clear English. This role favors precise communicators with strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Think on your feet and describe realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment and report issues.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observations.
