Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-proficient contributors to help train AI models. This remote, flexible freelance role invites you to participate in live conversations and evaluate AI outputs across voice, image and video tasks.

You will rate realism and usefulness, document your reasoning, and work on project-based assignments with compensation up to USD 18 per hour plus performance incentives. Eligibility includes a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written and spoken clarity.
Attention to detail essential for spotting issues in audio/visual outputs.
Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.
Comfort with thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning in real time.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI models in English and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
Compare AI-generated visuals and judge alignment with prompts.
Inspect outputs closely, look for issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-visual misalignment.
Write specific, English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard during evaluation.
