Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from your home or while you travel. You will rate conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looked off in writing. Enjoy flexible hours and the ability to work remotely across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.
• Ability to explain decisions clearly in written English.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distortions, flicker, or mismatches in audio/video.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English for each evaluation.
