Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and spot issues. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all from your home or on the move.

Work is remote with flexible hours; compensation includes up to $18 USD per hour plus additional incentives and weekly payments. You will gain free access to leading LLMs and help advance AI systems used in research and real-world applications.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank outputs by naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely, noting distortions or audio-video mismatches.
• Write specific explanations in English describing what you saw or heard.
