Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to review work.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think clearly and articulate decisions when faced with flaws in options.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replay) to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing explanations in English.
