Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare generated media, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted features, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a concise English explanation.
