Scale AI's Outlier program seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, rate conversations with AI voice models, and explain findings in writing.

You’ll compare AI-generated images and videos, identify issues, and produce concise explanations. This is a remote, freelance role with flexible hours and weekly payouts; prior writing experience is valued, and a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live English conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio mismatches.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations of your observations.
