Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, evaluate image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off — all remotely on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay/zoom in on outputs
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in real scenarios
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts like distortion, flicker, text, or audio-video mismatch
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard
