Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what went off or didn’t follow the prompt.

Contributors review both images and videos, assess accuracy, and provide precise feedback on how outputs align with prompts. Flexible hours and weekly payments are offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Willingness to work remotely from multiple eligible countries including Canada.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions or mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
