Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rank responses for naturalness and usefulness, and write precise explanations in English about what looked off and why.

You’ll compare image and video pairs, assess fidelity to prompts, and report findings remotely on your own schedule. The role supports shaping AI reasoning and performance, with flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely for artifacts, distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a specific, English explanation pointing to observed issues and rationale.
