Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, helping shape how AI systems reason and improve.

Roles include evaluating images, videos, and audio, with compensation and projects varying by expertise. This is a freelance, 1099-type opportunity with regional pay considerations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Comfortable explaining observations in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
