Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to help train AI models by evaluating live conversations and ranking model outputs for naturalness and usefulness. This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and requires strong written English and meticulous attention to detail.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos, inspect outputs for artifacts, and write concise, evidence-based explanations in English to justify judgments. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make a clear decision when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank how natural, useful, and clear they sound.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom in, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard and why a judgment was made.
