Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models in English, rank the naturalness and usefulness of responses, and compare AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.

Roles are remote and flexible, suitable for freelancers. Strong writing skills and the ability to explain decisions clearly are essential, along with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain scenarios clearly when options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted motion, mismatched audio, or text errors.
• Provide written explanations in English pointing to observations and reasoning.
