Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to help train AI models through live conversations, image and video evaluation, and careful review. This remote, flexible freelance role lets you work on your schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

You will rate naturalness and clarity, write concise explanations in English, and identify issues such as distorted motion or text errors. A bachelor’s degree or higher and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail; patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what you observed and why.
