Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in Canada, seeks an AI Agent Developer to design and deliver intelligent agents that automate complex enterprise workflows.

You will build conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and RAG approaches, connecting agents to databases, APIs, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. This remote, contract role emphasizes hands-on development and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agent design, NLP.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; REST APIs & JSON.
• Experience with Angular or React; knowledge of Java is valuable.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, SQL Server, and enterprise data environments.
• Ability to design secure, scalable AI solutions aligned with governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational experiences to automate tasks and workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-enabled processes.
• Configure topics, actions, connectors, and orchestration for agent experiences.
• Apply governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor performance, adoption, usage metrics, and improve quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify use cases and translate needs into solutions.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues.
