Job summary

Ignition Growth in Canada seeks a seasoned full-stack software engineer to join a fast-growing Enterprise AI and workflow automation team.

You will build and ship production AI systems and agents that automate complex enterprise workflows, working across the stack and solving real-world problems at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Has built and deployed LLM-powered or agentic systems in production.
• Strong hands-on software engineering skills — Java, Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience owning and shipping software end-to-end.
• Comfortable working across backend, APIs, integrations and frontend when needed.
• Strong product mindset and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
• Based in Canada.
