Qualifications

• Familiar with Office 365 apps (Outlook/Excel/SharePoint).
• Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay vendor invoices and electronic transfers.
• Handle client and vendor inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate client and vendor files.
• Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly reconciliations and reporting.
