Job summary

SIRVA Inc. is seeking a Relocation Advisor I to support Government of Canada's transferees and families. You will act as the sole point of contact, delivering relocation services across channels, guiding expense management, and resolving issues promptly.

Enhanced security clearance is required for this role. Responsibilities cover advising on benefits, conducting planning sessions, updating relocation records, and handling administrative tasks within a dynamic contact centre environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills across multiple digital channels (video, chat, email, phone).
• Ability to manage multiple transferee requests with effective time management.
• Bilingual skills are highly advantageous and appreciated.
• Self-starter with initiative and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide relocation assistance and support via emails, calls, and chats.
• Deliver planning sessions for various relocation programs and provide policy/expense guidance.
• Manage expenses by reviewing and processing advance requests and claims.
• Update relocation files with detailed notes for each interaction.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the Contact Centre.
