You will collaborate with HR partners, employees, managers, vendors, and counsel to ensure smooth case progression and a positive employee experience.

The role emphasizes high-volume, transactional relocation and immigration work, with guidance on policy timelines and required actions. Prior experience with ServiceNow and Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, or related field.
• Strong customer-focused support and communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Supports high-volume relocation and immigration cases from initiation to completion.
• Provides guidance on mobility policies, processes, timelines, and actions.
• Maintains accurate case documentation and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Monitors ServiceNow cases and shared mailbox inquiries.
• Generates monthly relocation/immigration expense reports.
