Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Financial Services Representative for our Personal and Business Banking team in Belleville. You will build relationships, understand clients’ financial goals, and tailor services to support their financial success. You may work evenings and weekends and travel between centres within a reasonable distance.

You’ll be responsible for engaging clients, advising on solutions, and promoting digital banking tools to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current Mutual Funds License (in good standing) is required.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities and provide a forward‑looking financial plan.
• Advise clients on solutions and recommend appropriate products.
• Engage in marketing/outreach to grow your network and relationships.
• Promote use of mobile banking apps to enhance client experience.
