Northern Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join its multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Services team in Terrace. The role involves implementing rehabilitative treatment plans under the supervision of therapists and supporting department operations.

Candidates should have a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant program or equivalent, and a valid BC driver's license. Strong communication, organization, and physical ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid BC Driver's License as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Carry out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs under supervision.
• Assist with monitoring patients'/residents' progression.
• Support operational and technical functions of the department.
