Job summary

CBI Health in LaSalle, ON is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join our Active Body Physical Therapy clinic. You will support Physiotherapists with caseloads and handle shared administrative tasks in a busy team environment.

You should have a Kinesiology degree, PTA/OTA diploma or an international Physiotherapy credential, strong interpersonal and computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team while managing timelines.

Qualifications

• A Kinesiology degree, PTA/OTA diploma or international Physiotherapy degree.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist.
• Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads.
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage.
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts.
• Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure that the gym area is free of obvious safety hazards.
• Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families.
• Administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing supply orders and photocopying documents.
• Uploading service provider reports.
