Job summary

CBI Health in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Assistant to support Physiotherapists and handle administrative duties at our Mississauga Eglinton clinic. You will assist with caseloads, prepare chart packages, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly with organized records and safety standards.

Qualifications

• A Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist.
• Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads.
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage.
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts.
• Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure that the gym area is free of obvious safety hazards.
• Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families.
• Administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing supply orders and photocopying documents.
• Uploading service provider reports.

About this opportunity

As a part time Rehabilitation Assistant at our Mississauga Eglinton clinic, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Starting wage: $18.00-23.00 per hour
