CBI Health is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Assistant at our Mississauga Eglinton clinic. You will support Physiotherapists with caseloads, serve as a liaison with clients, and contribute to a busy, friendly clinic environment.

The role emphasizes strong computer, organizational, and time-management skills, with duties spanning administrative tasks and chart management, all while delivering quality patient care. Starting wage: $18.00-23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• A Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to take and follow direction.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist
• Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts
• Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure that the gym area is free of obvious safety hazards
• Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families
• Administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing supply orders and photocopying documents
• Uploading service provider reports

About This Opportunity

As a part time Rehabilitation Assistant at our Mississauga Eglinton clinic, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload.
