Job summary

CBI Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant for our Kitchener, ON clinic. You will support Physiotherapists, manage caseloads, and perform administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour. The role emphasizes strong computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills within a busy healthcare team.

Qualifications

• A Kinesiology degree or a PTA/OTA diploma.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist.
• Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads.
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage.
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts.
• Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure the gym area is safe.
• Mail satisfaction surveys to patients and families.
• Administrative tasks including phones, supplies orders and photocopying.
• Uploading service provider reports.

About This Opportunity

If you are a dynamic Rehabilitation Assistant interested in personal and professional growth, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to meet these goals, supported by one of the largest healthcare networks in Canada. As a Rehabilitation Assistant supporting our Kitchener Greenbrook clinic, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. • Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist
