Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist.
• Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads.
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage.
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts.
• Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure that the gym area is safe.
• Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families.
• Administrative tasks, including answering phones and processing supply orders.
• Uploading service provider reports.

About This Opportunity

As a Rehabilitation Assistant supporting our Milton clinic, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Dynamic, versatile and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong computer, analytical and organizational skills and your success in meeting timelines.

Starting wage:

$19.00–$21.00 per hour
