CBI Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant for our Kitchener Greenbrook clinic to support physiotherapists and the clinical team. You will handle shared administrative duties while assisting with caseloads, maintaining an organized workspace and ensuring safety in the gym area.

The role emphasizes strong computer, analytical and time-management skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• A Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist
• Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads
• Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage
• Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts
• Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure that the gym area is free of obvious safety hazards
• Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families
• Administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing supply orders and photocopying documents
• Uploading service provider reports

About this opportunity

If you are a dynamic Rehabilitation Assistant interested in personal and professional growth, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to meet these goals, supported by one of the largest healthcare networks in Canada. As a Rehabilitation Assistant supporting our Kitchener Greenbrook clinic, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Starting wage: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
