Job summary

Dexian in Toronto, ON is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Operations Associate to support EFTR regulatory reporting, data validation, and back-office operations in a hybrid work model. You will review data discrepancy alerts, validate customer and transaction information against source documents, and ensure reporting requirements are met within SLAs, with training and team support.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in operations, data entry, data enrichment, regulatory reporting, or payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Review data discrepancy and incompleteness alerts based on regulatory requirements and risk factors.
• Conduct quick reviews of alerts (15–20 minutes) and identify remediation needs.
• Review source documents to validate customer and transaction information.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in reporting systems and databases.
• Compile, sort, verify, and validate data prior to entry.
• Identify and correct data entry errors and escalate discrepancies within SLAs.
• Compare system information against source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with internal partners to obtain missing information and ensure records are updated.
• Support EFTR regulatory reporting activities and ensure reports meet requirements.
• Identify and escalate operational issues and potential risks to appropriate teams.
• Respond to internal partner requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and data accuracy.
