• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Legal Office Administration, or a related field, or a Law Clerk designation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and coordinate legal documents, filings, and prosecution materials.
• Manage prosecution, judicial reviews, discipline, and appeal files with deadlines.
• Coordinate investigation files, track budgets, deadlines and case progress.
• Prepare materials for investigations and Professional Conduct Committee proceedings.
• Provide advanced document production and records management support.
