Job summary

TD Wealth's Governance & Control team seeks a Manager, Regulatory Change to lead regulatory assessments and deliver executive-ready analyses. The role partners with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business units to translate regulatory changes into actionable solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5-7 years in regulatory change or advisory roles, strong securities knowledge, and excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of regulatory change, compliance, or consultant/advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of securities & non-securities regulations (CIRO, CSA, OSC, OSFI, AMF, etc.).
• Excellent communication, both oral and written, to present to executives.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite and pro-active problem management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional regulatory assessments with business, Legal, Risk and delivery partners.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses, decks, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Provide regulatory subject matter expertise and translate requirements into practical business solutions.
• Support implementation and sustainment of regulatory changes through stakeholder engagement and oversight.
