Job summary

TD in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Governance & Control to lead the 1B relationship for Global Client Experience and Colleague Experience within Global Corporate Services. You will advise on risk priorities, oversee risk programs, and escalate significant issues while partnering with ORM, Compliance, Legal, and other risk teams.

The role requires 10+ years in governance and risk, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of Operational Risk and Regulatory Compliance.

Qualifications

10+ years in governance, risk, or control roles.
Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience supporting client experience or enterprise-wide functions is an asset.
Strong knowledge of Operational Risk and Regulatory Compliance.
Ability to influence senior leaders and provide constructive challenge.

Responsibilities

Lead the Governance & Control relationship for Global Client Experience and Colleague Experience.
Advise on risk and control priorities and practices for the supported groups.
Oversee governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
Develop risk reporting, escalation pathways, and remediation plans.
Provide risk insights and recommendations to senior management.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise required actions.
Coach and develop team members and manage priorities.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with ORM, Compliance, Legal, and other partners.
