Job summary

TD Asset Management (TDAM) is seeking an Associate to join the Regulatory & Policy Governance group and help oversee regulatory compliance management for TDAM and TD Epoch.

You will coordinate self-assessments, assess risks, update procedures, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and business stakeholders across TDAM and TD Epoch.

The role requires strong communication and analytical skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services compliance, governance, or controls.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical actions and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual RCM self-assessment for TDAM and TD Epoch, coordinating inputs and evidence.
• Identify regulatory risks and gaps; support action plan development and tracking.
• Review and update RCM procedures to align with enterprise standards and set requirements.
• Support governance during organizational changes across TDAM and TD Epoch.
• Collaborate with International RPG team to ensure program consistency.
• Perform regulatory change management, including materiality assessments and stakeholder coordination.
• Review Change Risk Assessments for regulatory controls and AI governance implications.
• Develop and maintain training content and communications for RCM.
• Establish relationships with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business partners.
