Job summary

Information Services Corporation (ISC) in Regina, SK is seeking a Customer Service Centre (CSC) Representative to support the Land Registry, PPR and BASR processes. Reporting to the Customer Service Centre Manager, the CSC Rep will guide clients from corporations, the public, banks and solicitors on registrations, rejections and inquiries, ensuring accurate processing and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-high school Diploma or equivalent training/experience.
• Knowledge of administrative office procedures and processes.
• Knowledge of MS Office products and applications.
• Knowledge of basic accounting theories and principles.
• Experience in a regulated, detail-oriented environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provides instruction to clients from corporations, the public, government officials, banks and professional groups such as Solicitors, Real Estate Representatives, etc. with regards to packet registrations/rejections, procedural inquiries, and registration questions.
• Ensures accurate and complete registration processing through review, examination, and research of packets/submissions.
• Performs accounting duties using the Client Account Management System daily, including financial and clerical transactions.
