Salary Range: $71,709 - $84,364 (Includes health benefits and HOOPP pension plan)
South Riverdale Community Health Centre is a non-profit organization providing primary healthcare, social, and community outreach services in East Toronto, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention. Our mission is to improve the lives of those facing barriers to well-being by engaging communities and ensuring equitable access to quality care through evidence-informed programs.
These positions are part of the new HART Hub initiative, led by East Toronto Health Partners Ontario Health Team, involving multiple community organizations and health services.
The Registered Nurse – SU&MH provides nursing support within the department, including screening, assessments, primary care, wound care, system navigation, health education, and overdose response. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, some outreach, and onsite work, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
